FOUNDATIONAL COURSE FOR ALL THE ASHANANI ACADEMY PARTICIPANTS

LEARNING TO GROW WITHOUT SHAME, GUILT, OR PERFORMANCE

By the end of the year, participants are not “transformed” into someone else —
they are more fully themselves, with greater capacity to meet life as it is and make changes that last.

ASCENSION 101 is a new kind of course built on emerging human science, designed to help sustainable growth happen without pressure, shame, guilt, or self-abandonment.

Lasting change follows a specific order. When that order is skipped, growth may happen briefly — but it doesn’t stay. No matter where you want to grow or what you want to change, learning how change works comes first.

ASCENSION 101 focuses on the first and most overlooked step: increasing your capacity to remain whole while something new emerges — without self-abandonment, shame, guilt, or pressure.

It establishes growth as a coherent, staged, embodied, and ethical process — not a corrective one. ASCENSION establishes growth as a process that does not require shame, force, or self-abandonment — and teaches participants how to remain whole while something new emerges for themselves and others in the resonance room.

ASCENSION 101 unfolds over 48 weeks and is designed as a coherent developmental process, not a set of techniques or outcomes to achieve.

This 48 weeks is intentionally divided into two phases.

Weeks 1–24

Regulation & Clearing Distortion

The first half of the course focuses on stabilization, regulation, and truth-finding.

Participants learn to:

  • Establish internal and relational safety
  • Regulate without suppression or performance
  • Identify where growth has been shaped by shame, fear, or self-abandonment
  • Gently surface and release internalized beliefs that are no longer true

This phase is not about “fixing” oneself.
It is about removing interference so natural growth can resume.

By the end of this phase, participants typically experience:

  • Greater nervous system stability
  • Increased self-trust
  • Reduced internal conflict
  • A clearer sense of what is and is not theirs to carry

No identity is dismantled.
Nothing is forced. Growth is inevitable.

Weeks 25–48

Integration & Coherent Growth

The second half of the course focuses on integration and embodiment.

Participants learn to:

  • Integrate insights without bypassing lived reality
  • Allow identity to reorganize naturally, without collapse
  • Practice growth that is relational, ethical, and sustainable
  • Move forward without reverting to old patterns of urgency or self-erasure

This phase is about living from coherence, not maintaining a regulated state.

Growth becomes:

  • More embodied
  • More relational
  • Less effortful
  • Less fragile

This course sets the foundation – the nervous system, ethical, and relational baseline for everything that follows.

ASCENSION 101 uses a three-tier monthly investment model to support accessibility while maintaining the integrity of the Resonance Room. You choose the tier that reflects your current capacity.

Orientation & Materials

After acceptance to The ASHANANI Academy and once the group is formed, there is a one-time $150 orientation and materials fee, collected prior to the start of the course.

This supports onboarding, course materials, and setup for the year-long container.
The course begins approximately four weeks after the group is confirmed, allowing time for preparation and orientation.

This fee is the same for all participants and is not sliding-scale.

Payment Timing

ASCENSION 101 unfolds in two phases.

All course investment is completed during the first phase of the course (Weeks 1-24).

This allows the Integration phase (Weeks 25–48) to be held as a stable, relational container without ongoing financial transitions.

Cancellations & Refunds

During the first phase of the course (Weeks 1–24), participants may request a refund for any sessions not yet attended.

Once the Integration phase begins (Weeks 25–48), no refunds are offered. At this stage, participation supports not only individual growth, but the stability and coherence of the Resonance Room as a whole.
